It includes both exterior and interior coverage with approximately 3 hours on location. We prefer to make a separate appointment prior to the actual shoot to scout the property with you. This helps to determine the optimal time to conduct the photo shoot and enhances the final product

We offer the Twilight Service, which includes taking pictures of your home at dusk to take advantage of the sunset light, home illumination and the property landscape, pool or fire pits to create a distinctive look of the property. This will give your listing the extra edge to stand above the rest.

This level includes only interior coverage with time on location dependent on number of bedrooms. Client will be able to control which room to go to, as if they are walking through the property. They will receive files that will allow them to pan around the entire room or choose a room to view.
